Camomile blossom is actually known as a tea, but we have discovered it for our chocolate. With its floral, mossy and sweetish-bitter notes, camomile harmonizes with our 60% dark chocolate. The aromas come to the fore as soon as you open the packaging. Similar to tea, our chamomile flowers are dried whole to retain their flavor and color. Before they are then sprinkled onto our chocolate.

Chamomile flowers actually originated in southern and eastern Europe. Today they grow practically everywhere in Europe. Even on my sidewalk.
The healing effect of this plant against stomach and intestinal complaints and inflammation was quickly discovered. In 2002, it was voted medicinal plant of the year. The main use of this plant is oil or tea and now also chocolate.
