150 g | Avocado (middle) |
30 g | Red Onion (½ onion) |
4 g | Chili, red |
20 g | Cherry tomatos (3 tomatos) |
1 | fresh lemon |

Preparation
Preparation of the Cacao-Guacamole
- Chop the onions and the chillies finely.
- Quarter the tomatoes, remove the flesh and cut the tomatoes into fine strips.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and roughly mash the flesh of both halves in a mortar.
- Add the onions, chillies and tomatoes to the avocado and stir well.
- Cut the lemon in half, squeeze and season with cacao – salt and cacao – pepper.

Preparation
Preparation of the Tortillas
- Roughly grate the Emmental and spread ⅓ of it on a tortilla. Cover this with another tortilla. Repeat this process.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry individual tortillas on both sides.
- Cut the tortillas into desired pieces and dip into the guacamole while warm.
Tip
- Avocado can also be mashed in a bowl with a fork.
- You can garnish with cacao nibs.
- The flesh of the tomatoes can be mixed with the cheese in the quesadillas and then fried together.
Storage time
Guacamole can be stored in a cool, dark place for a few hours with avocado seeds.
