Cacao-Guacamole + Quesadilla

For 2 persons


Recipe for the Cacao-Guasamole

150 g Avocado (middle)
30 g Red Onion (½ onion)
4 g Chili, red
20 gCherry tomatos (3 tomatos)
1 fresh lemon
Cacao – Salt
Cacao – Pepper


Preparation of the Cacao-Guacamole

  • Chop the onions and the chillies finely.
  • Quarter the tomatoes, remove the flesh and cut the tomatoes into fine strips.
  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and roughly mash the flesh of both halves in a mortar.
  • Add the onions, chillies and tomatoes to the avocado and stir well.
  • Cut the lemon in half, squeeze and season with cacao – salt and cacao – pepper.


Recipe the Quesadilla

45 gQueese Emmental
Canola oil


Preparation of the Tortillas

  • Roughly grate the Emmental and spread ⅓ of it on a tortilla. Cover this with another tortilla. Repeat this process.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry individual tortillas on both sides.
  • Cut the tortillas into desired pieces and dip into the guacamole while warm.


  • Avocado can also be mashed in a bowl with a fork.
  • You can garnish with cacao nibs.
  • The flesh of the tomatoes can be mixed with the cheese in the quesadillas and then fried together.

Storage time

Guacamole can be stored in a cool, dark place for a few hours with avocado seeds.
