Ingredients
| 240 g | Cucumber (1 normal) |
| 80 g | Whipped cream |
| 1/4 | Lemon |
| Cacao-Salt, rough | |
| Cacao-Pepper, rough | |
| Dill |
Preparation
- Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices.
- Put the cream, lemon in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the cucumber slices to the dressing and season with dill, cacao salt and cacao pepper.
Tip
- A cutter can also be used to cut the cucumber.
