The Ingredients
Cacao nibs: Directly traded cacao beans from a small family farm in Chazuta, Peru. The beans are hand-sorted, gently roasted and broken up in Beilngries. The cacao beans that are then broken and winnowed are now cacao nibs.
The pepper: white jungle pepper from Sri Lanka. Deshiya Gammiris is the name of the variety and is mostly found in Sri Lanka. The high quality is clearly recognisable.
