Shipping and Payment
A. Shipping costs and information:
A shipment of the goods is by default only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the volume of your order, the goods will be shipped by DHL. The respective shipping costs can be seen in the table below.
If you wish to have the goods shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail info@dosestaciones.de before placing an order and please name the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and – if a delivery to the desired delivery address is possible – we will inform you about the shipping costs, since we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.
I. Shipping within Germany:
For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate of 6,90 € Euro per order.
For shipping to German islands we charge an island surcharge of 6,90 € Euro.
II. Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to the following countries:

I. For shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

- Cash payment at pick up

III. Detailed information on the individual payment options
1. Credit Card (Stripe)
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
2. Cash payment at pick up
You pick up the goods yourself and pay on site in cash. We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receipt of this e-mail you can pick up the goods at the following address:

In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
C. Information for calculating the delivery time:
Delivery time within Germany 3-5 days.
Delivery time outside of Germany 5-10 days.
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to ship our chocolate products at temperatures above 22 degrees Celsius without loss of quality.
Therefore, we ask for your patience if the climate does not allow shipping.
