Ingredients
500 ml | Milk |
2 | Egg yolk |
20 g | Starch |
60 g | 60% Drinking Chocolate |
40 g | 80 % Drinking chocolate |

Preparation
- Roughly chop the chocolate.
- Peel, core and dice the mango.
- Pour approx. 50 ml milk into a bowl.
- Pour the rest of the milk into a pot and bring to a simmer.
- Mix the egg yolk and starch with the small amount of milk.
- Then add to the hot milk and simmer for another 2 minutes. Stir constantly!
- Tipp: Turn the heat down a little while you do this.
- Remove from the heat and add the chocolate to the warm custard. Stir until it is melted.
- Divide the custard in portions.
- Decorate with mango and berries.
