Cacao- Punch

Ingredients
150 ml | Water |
2 g | Cacao Husk |
30 g | Apple juice |
8 g | Panela / Raw cane sugar |
2 pieces | Cardamom |
3 pieces | Cloves |
¼ Stick | Cinnamon |
Preparation
- Boil water.
- Place the cacao husks in a sieve or tea bag.
- Put the spices in an extra sieve or tea bag.
- Pour 150 ml water (approx. 3/4 cup) over the cacao husk and spices and leave to infuse.
- Leave the cacao husk to infuse for 3 – 4 minutes.
- Allow the spices to infuse for 7 – 10 minutes.
- A little tip from Corinna: For an even more intense chocolate flavor, simply leave the bowl to infuse a little longer.
- Add the apple juice and panela, stir and reheat everything.
- Garnish with apple slices and enjoy.
