Cacao- Punch

Ingredients

150 mlWater
2 gCacao Husk
30 gApple juice
8 gPanela / Raw cane sugar
2 piecesCardamom
3 piecesCloves
¼ StickCinnamon

Preparation

  • Boil water.
  • Place the cacao husks in a sieve or tea bag.
  • Put the spices in an extra sieve or tea bag.
  • Pour 150 ml water (approx. 3/4 cup) over the cacao husk and spices and leave to infuse.
  • Leave the cacao husk to infuse for 3 – 4 minutes.
  • Allow the spices to infuse for 7 – 10 minutes.
  • A little tip from Corinna: For an even more intense chocolate flavor, simply leave the bowl to infuse a little longer.
  • Add the apple juice and panela, stir and reheat everything.
  • Garnish with apple slices and enjoy.
