Roasted cacao nibs are our base for all our products.

We roast by different temperatures which is depend for what we want to use it. A dark or longer roast can give more chocolatey flavours, whether a lighter or short roast can give fruity or acidic flavours.

The roasting is like a playground for a chocolate maker because in this step the maker has an influence in the flavour of his chocolate.

Our Roasted Cacao nibs can be used for baking, in sauces, dressings, snacks, in Muesli or as decoration on cakes and desserts.
