When the beans are peeled, cacao nibs and cacao husk are obtained.
The cacao husk is often brewed for tea.
The cacao nibs, the inside of the beans, on the other hand, can be used in a variety of ways. In addition to simple snacking, for muesli or salads, they can also be used for cooking or baking. We have recipes for this on our website.
