After our plantation trip in 2018 and 2019, we spent several weeks travelling around Mexico, including Soconusco. In Chiapas, we met Julio. The Huehuetán farm is located in Soconusco and uses agroforestry methods, working in harmony with nature. We have now worked with his beans for the first time.
