For the sweet lovers we have developed a drinking chocolate that contains only 60% cacao, which can be mixed with milk or lactose-free milk.

Direct Trade

  • Warm up 200ml milk. Don’t let the milk boil.
  • For best results don’t let the temperature go over 65 °C, otherwise valuable taste and aromas are lost.
  • Measure 30g of chocolate into a cup.
  • Pour the milk over the chocolate and foam it up(or stir it well with a spoon).

We recommend milk with 3,5% fat for a better texture and a full body.As an alternative Almond or other kinds of vegan milk can also be used.
