At 38 per cent cocoa butter, we deliberately use a higher proportion. This gives it its wonderfully creamy texture and full-bodied flavour.
The cocoa butter comes from our cocoa beans grown at the Fundo Qoya farm in Chazuta, Peru. Our cocoa is sourced directly from the farm and is processed into cocoa butter and cocoa powder at a facility south of Munich.
Combined with whole milk powder and sugar, the result is a white drinking chocolate with subtle floral and nutty notes.
