White chocolate that reflects the character of a single cocoa farm: creamy, delicate and with subtle floral and nutty notes.
Our white chocolate is made from cocoa butter derived from our cocoa beans sourced from the Fundo Qoya farm in Chazuta, Peru. The beans are brought directly to us from the farm via direct trade and processed into cocoa butter and cocoa powder at a facility south of Munich.
At 38% cocoa butter, we deliberately use a particularly high proportion. This ensures its wonderfully creamy texture and full-bodied flavour. Enriched with whole milk powder and sugar, the result is a particularly creamy, melt-in-the-mouth white chocolate.
