Single Farm Cacao Powder

Cacao powder is produced when the beans are pressed. This process involves high pressure and heat. The cacao butter liquefies and can be pressed out of the beans. We use then the butter for our chocolate bars – 100% single farm chocolate.
What remains from this process is the press cake, which is then finely powdered using a hammer mill. Et Voilá cacao powder.

Our cacao powder can be used for baking, for porridge or for drinking.
